Privacy Policy

HuyiKuai helps creators prepare TikTok video drafts and, when a creator explicitly chooses to do so, upload a selected video to that creator's TikTok inbox for final editing and posting in TikTok. This policy explains how HuyiKuai collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the HuyiKuai website, creator workflow, support communications, and the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API features available through HuyiKuai. It does not apply to TikTok's own services, which are governed by TikTok's separate privacy policy and terms.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide or create in HuyiKuai, including contact details, workspace settings, draft titles, captions, upload notes, support messages, and device or security logs. If you connect TikTok, we receive the TikTok account identifier, authorization status, authorization tokens, and only the TikTok permissions shown on the TikTok consent screen.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the HuyiKuai workspace, identify a connected creator account, maintain draft records, upload a creator- selected video after the creator clicks Upload, respond to support requests, detect misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

TikTok data

HuyiKuai uses TikTok data only for the workflow the creator authorizes. The user.info.basic permission identifies the connected creator account. The video.upload permission is used only after the creator selects a local video and clicks Upload, so TikTok can place that video in the creator's inbox as a draft. HuyiKuai does not use TikTok data for unrelated advertising, does not sell TikTok data, does not scrape TikTok, and does not publish content automatically.

Cookies and similar technology

HuyiKuai uses essential session cookies to keep a TikTok connection active during the creator's requested workflow and to help protect the service. These cookies are not used for cross-site advertising. You may clear cookies in your browser, although doing so may disconnect the workflow.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or TikTok data. We may disclose the minimum information needed to service providers that host or secure the website, to TikTok when you use a TikTok feature, when required by law, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents. We do not share data with advertisers for their independent marketing.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted HTTPS connections and restricted handling of authorization tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should keep your TikTok and email credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. You may revoke TikTok authorization in TikTok settings and may request deletion through our Data Deletion Instructions.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. You may also withdraw TikTok authorization at any time. To make a request, contact us using the email below; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children

HuyiKuai is not directed to children under the minimum age required to use TikTok or to provide consent under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes will take effect when posted unless a different notice is required by law.
