Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of HuyiKuai. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and to use HuyiKuai only for content and accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

About the service

HuyiKuai is a creator workflow tool. It helps creators prepare draft information and, when the creator manually initiates the action, upload a selected video to the creator's TikTok inbox. The creator completes final editing and posting in TikTok. HuyiKuai does not auto-post content.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and meet the minimum age required by TikTok and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity performed through your account or connected TikTok account.

Acceptable use

You may not use HuyiKuai to spam, impersonate others, violate platform policies, infringe intellectual property rights, collect data without permission, evade platform safeguards, or publish unlawful, misleading, or harmful content. You must not use the service to sell engagement, scrape TikTok, automate engagement, or attempt to access another person's account or data without permission.

Creator control

You are responsible for reviewing draft content, captions, account selection, and upload choices before taking action. HuyiKuai is a workflow tool and does not guarantee distribution, views, followers, monetization, or approval by TikTok or any other third party.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant HuyiKuai the limited right to process your content only as necessary to operate the workflow you ask us to perform. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for your content and its use with TikTok.

Third-party services

TikTok and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. You must follow those terms when connecting accounts or publishing content. Your use of TikTok features is also subject to TikTok's own review, availability, limitations, and enforcement decisions.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves or to address security, legal, or platform requirements. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes that affect active users.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using HuyiKuai at any time and revoke TikTok authorization in TikTok settings. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe that use violates these terms, TikTok policies, law, or the security of the service or its users.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

HuyiKuai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or accepted by TikTok. To the extent permitted by law, HuyiKuai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the HuyiKuai service operator, except where the laws of your location require otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
