Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your HuyiKuai account information, draft records, support messages, and stored TikTok authorization data.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@huyikuai.online.
2. Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
3. Send the request from the email address associated with your account.
4. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days unless retention is required by law or security needs.

TikTok authorization

You may revoke HuyiKuai access from TikTok settings at any time. After revocation, HuyiKuai will no longer be able to use that TikTok connection.

What may remain

We may retain minimal records required for legal compliance, security investigation, abuse prevention, or proof that a deletion request was completed.
